Jitender Singh
SVP Cloud Solutions & Sales

Jitender Singh is responsible for driving the organic growth of Conduit Global’s cloud solutions business. Jitender oversees sales and marketing, providing strategic direction to the technology solutions division. Prior to joining Conduit Global, he was the Director and General Manager, Cloud Solutions, at Avaya, where he founded and spearheaded the growth of Avaya’s cloud solutions business. Jitender has also held sales leadership and general management roles at Nokia and Ericsson, helping each company achieve leadership in the media and entertainment sector. He received his BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology, in India, and his MS in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, along with executive management education at the London Business School, in the UK, and Columbia University, New York, NY.

Stuart Knight
SVP Technology Services

Stuart Knight is responsible for the management and operational support of Conduit Global technology assets for both BPO and cloud call center clients. Stuart has spent more than 25 years in technology and possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge and a thirst for innovation, particularly in the delivery of customer-centric technology solutions. Prior to beginning his tenure as SVP, Technology Services, Stuart helped build the technology teams and infrastructure that now underpin Conduit Global’s sister companies, 118118, 118218 and 118Money. He graduated from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff in the field of Computer Science.

Michelle Castillo
SVP Contact Center Operations

Michelle Castillo is responsible for all phases of Conduit Global operations, including strategic planning, and directing the overall performance of the company’s contact centers. With over 17 years of executive and operational leadership, Michelle has a wealth of global outsourcing experience in all aspects of contact center and client relationship management. Prior to joining Conduit Global, Michelle worked in various capacities at Sprint and Time Warner Cable. She majored in Business at UNC Charlotte.

Emma Crowe
VP Human Resources

Emma Crowe is responsible for the development of Global HR strategy and the delivery of Global HR services and programs. Emma joined Conduit Global in 2006 and was initially responsible for Talent Acquisition in Ireland – she has held various roles since, including HR Director for the UK & Ireland and Sr. Director of HR for Europe and the Philippines. Prior to joining Conduit Global, Emma held various positions in the recruitment industry. She earned her BSc. in Human Resources and Business at the Dublin Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing her MBA in Cardiff, Wales. Emma serves on the Board of Directors for the Welsh Contact Forum and is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Derek Rieger
General Counsel

In his role as General Counsel, Derek is responsible for worldwide corporate legal matters, including corporate organization, litigation, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and negotiation of commercial and procurement agreements.  Derek also supports Conduit Global’s parent company, kgb, as EVP, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Conduit Global in 2014, Derek spent five years at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, supporting the company’s global outsourced call center business. Most recently, Derek served as Legal Counsel of Technology and Global Operations for hibu Inc. (formerly Yellowbook). He received his BS in Business Administration from Villanova University and his JD from Delaware Law School, Widener University.


Michael Graham

Michael Graham is responsible for defining and executing the global growth of Conduit Global, including the launch of the CX100 Cloud Suite. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Conduit Global, Michael was the COO of kgb, Conduit Global’s parent company. Before joining kgb, he held numerous executive roles at Warner Music Group, Standard & Poor’s and United Technologies Corporation. Michael received a BS in Business Management from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
